The Hortorium Herbarium is housed on the fourth floor of Mann Library on the Cornell University campus. Stop at the Tower Road information booth (marked in blue on map below) for instructions on parking. Once inside Mann Library, look for the Hortorium elevator near the Mannible Cafe. Take the elevator to the fourth floor where you will find the Herbarium in Room 440. Regular hours of the Herbarium are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. It may be possible to make other arrangements if your needs do not coincide with the regular hours. Although we can usually accomodate walk-in visitors, we appreciate advance notice, especially if you have a special need, or wish to use the collection for several days. Visits may be arranged in person, by mail, telephone, fax, or email. Please contact the Associate Curator to make arrangements for your visit. A brochure is available to help with visitor questions. If you would like a copy before you arrive, request one when contacting the Associate Curator.
